33-Year-Old Killed After Vehicle Crashes Down In Embankment In Region Police are continuing to investigate a fatal crash in Western Massachusetts that left a 33-year-old man dead. Woman Charged After Bicyclist Killed In Crash In Region A Western Massachusetts woman who struck and killed a bicyclist will face charges of negligent motor vehicle homicide, authorities said.
