The unauthorized release of top-secret Pentagon materials has been connected to a 21-year-old Massachusetts Air National Guard member, officials say. Jack Douglas Teixeira, a member of the United States Air Force National Guard in Massachusetts, was arrested in the afternoon of Thursday, April 13, according to Attorney General Merrick Garland.
