Angel Josiah Rodriguez was being cared for by family members in East Haven on Sunday, Oct. 6, when he was left unattended in a tub, police said. The incident took place in Norwalk around 2:17 p.m., Sunday, July 10. Norwalk communications received a 911 call regarding an unresponsive infant. Police Investigating Death Of Baby At CT Motel Police are investigating the death of a baby at a motel in Connecticut. Authorities in Hartford County responded to a report of a medical incident, which was described as a "fall," at the Motel 6 in Enfield at about 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, police said.
