Gulluni held a press conference on Thursday, March 14, explaining his decision to charge the Southwick Regional School students. Springfield Murder-Suicide: Girlfriend Of Shooter Busted On Gun Charges Tied To Shooting The 32-year-old girlfriend of a Springfield man who killed a woman and her 10-year-old granddaughter faces nine charges after police say the gun he used in the Aug. 14 murder-suicide belonged to her.  Monica Sanchez, of Springfield, the girlfriend of Victor Nieves, was charged with eight counts of improper storage of a firearm and a single charge of possession of a high-capacity feeding device, the Hampden County District Attorney's Office.
