An alert has been issued by police investigators in Western Massachusetts who are attempting to locate a wanted man.

It is alleged that the man pictured above deposited a counterfeit check in Hampden County the People’s Bank ATM located at the Yankee Pedlar branch, Holyoke police investigators said.

In surveillance photos released of the brown-haired suspect, he can be seen wearing a beige mask and red shirt with the alleged counterfeit check. No other information has been provided by investigators.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect has been asked to call the Holyoke Police Department at (413) 533-8477 or “Text-a-Tip” by dialing CRIMES (533-8477) plus the keyword “SOLVE” with the message.
