The world-renowned chef and star plans to unveil the new kitchen at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket during the first episode of Season 23 of his hit series "Hell's Kitchen" on Fox. In a promo for the show, Ramsay takes a flamethrower to flambé the pitchfork logo on the front of the building.

The show will air at 8 p.m. (ET) and brings a twist on the old format.

This season will be all seasoned pros instead of the stew of talented line cooks, amateurs, chefs, and culinary hopefuls. This year only executive chefs, the creme de la creme of the cooking class, will face Ramsay's wrath.

The next two seasons of the show will take place at Foxwoods.

Ramsay built a restaurant at the Connecticut resort and casino that opened last year.
