The Westfield Police Department in Hampden County reported that Wayne Jackson was last seen on Wednesday, March 2. Police said Jackson may have been in Springfield in the area of Western New England University. Jackson is described as being 5-foot-10 and about 150 pounds, with short hair. Police said Jackson typically wears black-framed glasses, a navy hooded down jacket or a black leather jacket, and either work boots or sneakers.
