Police in Fairfield County are investigating and searching for a suspect after a person was shot and seriously injured on a city street. The incident occurred in Norwalk at around 9:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 10, in the area of Strawberry Hill Avenue and Catalpa Street. According to Norwalk Police Officer Sgt. Ryan Evarts, responding officers located a crime scene. At the same time, it was learned one victim had arrived at Norwalk Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds in serious condition. HS Student Stabbed: Norwalk Teen Suffers Life-Threatening Injuries In Unprovoked Attack
A Norwalk High School student suffered life-threatening injuries and another was punched in the face by two 21-year-olds in an unprovoked attack. The incident took place around 5 p.m., Friday, March 24 at Norwalk High School. Norwalk officers quickly responded and located a juvenile victim on the football field. Suspect On Loose After Shots Fired At Vehicle In Norwalk
Police are asking for tips after a suspect fired shots at a vehicle. The incident took place around 9 p.m., Sunday, May 17, in Norwalk. According to Norwalk Police Lt. Jared Zwickler, the detective bureau is investigating the incident on Strawberry Hill Avenue in which the vehicle was struck by gunfire. No one was injured and no arrests have been made, Zwickler said.
