Man Accused Of Leaving Scene After Crashing Into Two Vehicles In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man was arrested for alleged avoiding responsibility/property damage and unsafe backing after attempting to leave the scene of a crash. Fairfield County Man Turns Himself In For Fleeing Scene Of Crash, Police Say A Fairfield County man was arrested for allegedly leaving the scene of a crash. Christopher Dezso, age 26, of Norwalk, was arrested on Tuesday, June 1, when he turned himself in to New Canaan Police and admitted that he was the person who had fled the scene of a crash on Friday, May 21, said the New Canaan Police. Dezso was driving a grey Ford van when the crash took place at New Norwalk Road and East Avenue in New Canaan before he fled the scene. He was arrested and charged with: Violating a no-passing zone Traffic control signals Evading Dezso was released on a $250 bond.

Felipe Andaur-Leiva, age 33, of Fairfield, was arrested on Monday, May 17, for the thefts which took place at the Sole Restaurant in New Canaan, said New Canaan PD Lieutenant Jason Ferraro.  According to Ferraro, New Canaan Police responded to the restaurant in April for a report of theft by an employee. Leslie Guaman-Tenesaca, age 24, of Stamford, was arrested on Sunday, March 14 by New Canaan Police after they responded to Spiga Restaurant for a dispute, said Lt. Jason Ferraro. An investigation found that during the dispute Guaman-Tenesaca threw a glass cup filled with water in the direction of the victim.
