Connecticut Man Involved In Springfield School Shooting Arrested; Gunman Remains On Run Police have arrested a Connecticut in connection with a brawl at a Springfield, Massachusetts, school on Monday, March 11, that ended when someone fired a gun through a window.  Josiah Livingston, of Hartford, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, Springfield police said.
