Jamie Petrone, age 43, a former resident of Naugatuck, was sentenced on Thursday, Oct. 13, to nine years in prison followed by three years of supervised release for wire fraud and filing a false tax return, according to Vanessa Roberts Avery, United States attorney for the District of Connecticut. CT Business Owner Sentenced For Tax Evasion A Connecticut business owner has been sentenced after pleading guilty to tax evasion. Kathryn Pocock, age 59, of Uncasville in New London County, was sentenced to 12 months and a day in prison followed by a year of supervised release, according to Leonard Boyle, United States attorney for the District of Connecticut. Penni Sherman, also known as Penni Parker, 53, of Norwalk, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Michael P.
