Alleged Car Thief Apprehended On 18th Birthday In Westchester County A Fairfield County teen spent his 18th birthday with police in Westchester County, but it wasn't exactly a celebration. The individual, whose identity was not released, was arrested after Harrison Police received a call around 3:37 a.m., Monday, March 1, from a resident reporting that three men were trying to open the doors of several vehicles on Pearl Street.
