German Lopez-Ortiz, 30, of Danbury, was arrested on Monday, March 16, after police traced the device back to a domestic stalking investigation. 'Do The 9 P.M. Routine,' Police Warn After 2 Vehicles Stolen Overnight In Easton Police are reminding residents to lock their vehicles after two vehicles were stolen overnight in Fairfield County. The two vehicles were stolen overnight on May 15 or May 16 in the Lower Easton area, said the Easton Police Department. One vehicle was located due to a GPS device, police said. Officers said residents should do the "9 P.M." routine where they lock all vehicles and doors to their homes at 9 p.m. each night.  In addition, if you have a GPS location device in your vehicle, make sure it is active.

Ned Lamont has laid out a tentative rollout plan for the COVID-19 vaccination that’s coming later this month. Lamont said that the first batch of approximately 31,000 vaccine doses are expected to arrive from Pfizer on Monday, Dec. 14, with an additional 63,000 coming from Moderna one week later on Dec. 21. To be effective, two doses spread approximately 21 days apart have to be administered.
