2 Teens Killed In Multi-Vehicle CT Crash
A two-vehicle crash in Connecticut claimed the lives of two young people including an 18-year-old high school senior and a 15-year-old. The Hartford County crash, between a motorcycle and an SUV, took place in Glastonbury around 7 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 25 on Hebron Avenue. According to Capt. Mark Catania, of the Glastonbury Police, the department responded to the area near the Exit 2 on-ramp after another driver reported the crash. A school board member in Connecticut was punched during a contentious meeting meant to be about a high school mascot. In Hartford County, a man punched a board of education member during a special meeting held in Glastonbury to discuss the high school’s mascot, which was changed from the Tomahawks to the Guardians last year, much to the dismay of some. A teenager in Connecticut is facing charges for allegedly vandalizing his school’s yearbook to include quotes from Adolf Hitler, drugs, and a message from Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, authorities announced.
