The incident occurred in New Haven County around 1:10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 2, on West Main Street outside the Stanley Billar Club in Waterbury.  According to Waterbury Police Lt. Charlie Echevarria, age 28, and Moses Echevarria, age 24, both of Stratford, were arrested on Lenox Avenue on Sunday, June 11, said Lt. Robert Burroughs, of the Stratford Police. The fight took place in Litchfield County in New Milford around 9:20 a.m., Tuesday, April 26 at New Milford High School. Police Asking Public For Help In Fairfield County Shooting Incident Police are asking the public for help regarding a shooting incident in which a residence and a vehicle were hit by gunfire in Fairfield County. The shooting took place on Saturday, May 22, on Avo Street in Stratford in the area of High Park. Police have determined that a stolen Honda CRV, was used during the shooting where a group of juveniles were using the park, said Stratford PD Captain Frank Eannotti.
