Richard Belzer, an actor with New England ties who appeared in one of the most popular crime shows on television has died, the producer of "Law & Order" franchise, Dick Wolf, confirmed on Sunday, Feb. 19. Female Students Charged After Fight At Fairfield Warde HS Caught On Video
Two Fairfield Warde High School female students have been charged following an alleged fight at the school in which one was injured and needed medical treatment. The incident took on Friday, Jan. 6, at the school located at 755 Melville Ave., and was filmed by other students who posted it online. Groups of high school students in Fairfield County walked out of class to protest recent racial incidents that came to a head following a racist social media post earlier this month. March Madness got a little more maddening for some Connecticut educators in Fairfield County. Students at Fairfield Ludlowe and Fairfield Warde high schools are in hot water after allegedly collaborating to create an NCAA basketball tournament-like bracket to allow participants to “vote” on their female classmates.
