Man Nabbed For Pair Of CT Robberies Using Fake Firearm: Police A Connecticut man was caught for two separate robberies, during which he allegedly used a fake gun to threaten employees, police said. Both Tolland County incidents took place in the town of Mansfield on Wednesday, Jan. 17. Around 3:45 p.m., 25-year-old Jacob Neff of Coventry allegedly pulled out a firearm at both the Domino’s Pizza on Storrs Road and the CVS Pharmacy nearby. The incident took place at the store located at 397 Post Road East on Sunday, Sept. 13, said Lt. Anthony Prezioso.
