It looks like there is a new winner in an election that has already been called for a seat in the Connecticut State House.  Updated, unofficial results show that the winner of the 90th House District in the Nov. 3 election is incumbent Rep. Craig Fishbein, R-Wallingford. Previously, the win had been called for Democrat Jim Jinks. The updated vote tally has Fishbein beating Jinks by 21 votes, according to the CT Mirror.
