The incident occurred on Friday, Dec. 1, in Norwalk in the parking lot on Connecticut Avenue. Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police said officers found the man after receiving a call for a person needing medical aid in the parking lot. Man Found Dead Outside Norwalk CVS Police are investigating after a man was found dead outside of a Fairfield County CVS store. The incident took place in Norwalk around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5 at the store on Connecticut Avenue. According to Norwalk Police Deputy Chief Joe Dinho, officers responded to the store for a report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle. Sean Hassan Jarrett, age 29, of Norwalk, was a short time after the 8:30 p.m. robbery of the gas station on Connecticut Avenue on Tuesday, July 18 in Norwalk. According to Sgt.
