Duo Beats, Robs 75-Year-Old In His Bridgeport Backyard, Police Say
Two men are accused of beating and robbing a 75-year-old man outside his Fairfield County home.
The incident happened Thursday, Nov. 16, in Bridgeport at a home on East Main Street, according to Bridgeport Police.
Both men approached the victim with their hands in their pockets, motioning that they had a gun, police said.
They allegedly punched the victim and pushed him against a dumpster before stealing his wallet.
The victim suffered a minor head injury in the ordeal.

4 CT Residents Charged With Stealing $19K From Public Assistance Programs
Four Connecticut residents were recently arrested and charged, in unrelated incidents, with allegedly stealing a combined $19,111 from programs financed by the Connecticut Department of Social Services.
The four included were arrested on separate warrants from the office of the state Chief State Attorney's Office and included:

Jetaun Green, age 41, of Bridgeport
