A popular estaurant chain has announced it will open its second Connecticut location at a busy mall in the region. The Connecticut Post Mall located in New Haven County in Milford announced on Wednesday, Aug. 3 that P.F. Chang’s will open in 2023 at the shopping center. “We are thrilled to bring P.F.
