The Agawam Police Department in Hampden County released video of a suspect who may have stolen a vehicle and was caught on camera attempting to open other parked vehicle doors in the area. The Agawam Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Todd Polacco, who has been missing since April and hasn’t been seen or heard from since the end of April or the beginning of May this year.
