Thomas Ibbison, age 37, was arraigned in New London Superior Court on Wednesday, Aug. 7, on charges he violated a standing criminal protective order. Bannon, a conservative podcaster, is set to begin a four-month sentence at the federal prison in Danbury for defying a congressional subpoena that was investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riots.
