Assault Arrest: Man Gropes Woman At CT Park, Police Say A 36-year-old man has been arrested after authorities said he assaulted a woman in a Connecticut park. The Windham County incident occurred on Friday, June 7 in the town of Killingly. According to Connecticut State Police, Marc Kaczor, age 36, inappropriately and sexually touched a woman as she was walking in Owen Bell Park on Town Farm Road.
