A man accused of opening fire during a brawl at a Willimantic bar on Halloween night 2021 has been arrested after serving time in New York on unrelated charges, police said. Kaseim Brown, 27, was taken into custody by Willimantic police officers on Feb. 18 after they traveled to New York to execute a warrant for his arrest. A woman is facing charges in connection with a stabbing attack at a Connecticut boat launch that left a woman hospitalized. The Windham County incident happened Friday, May 10, in Thompson on Fabyan Road.
