A 21-year-old Connecticut man was killed after being thrown from his motorcycle and down an embankment during a weekend crash, authorities said.
Dylan Owen Keefe was riding a Harley-Davidson on Saturday, June 7, along Gilead Street (Route 85) in Hebron, when his motorcycle collided with a 2011 Subaru Legacy that was turning left into a driveway, according to Connecticut State Police.
Keefe, of Hebron, was attempting to pass the Subaru on the left when the collision occurred, causing him to be thrown from the motorcycle, state police said.

A 31-year-old Connecticut man was killed over the weekend in an early morning crash when his car crashed into a retaining wall, authorities said.
Shahlique Payne, 31, of Manchester, crashed his 2013 Hyundai Sonata into the wall near the intersection of Elizabeth Street and North Beacon Street in Hartford shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday, March 8, police said.
He suffered critical injuries in the crash. Paramedics rushed him to an area hospital, but doctors were unable to save his life.

The woman, from Warwick, Rhode Island, was riding a Harley-Davidson on Route 44 in Pomfret, near the intersection of Allen Road, when her motorcycle crashed with a Honda CR-V just after 5 p.m. Monday, July 21, according to Connecticut State Police.
