Robert Cohs Jr., 56, of Bolton, was arrested Tuesday, Feb. 4, and charged with risk of injury to a minor and enticing a minor, Connecticut State Police said. He was held on a $500,000 bond, which he couldn't pay. Police began investigating Cohs in July when a woman reported to authorities that she had found a Snapchat conversation on her 10-year-old daughter’s phone containing sexually graphic language. 3.8 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Connecticut, Multiple Other States The US Geological Survey said a 3.8 magnitude earthquake shook much of the Northeast on Monday, Jan. 27. The quake occurred at 10:45 a.m. and was initially reported as a 4.1 on the Richter scale. Its epicenter was located near York Harbor, approximately seven miles off the coast of Maine and about 13 miles underground.
