Manchester Teen Dies Days After Hartford Motorcycle Crash; Remembered As Kind, Resilient A 17-year-old motorcyclist involved in a serious Hartford crash last week has died, authorities said. Elijah Santiago, 17, was injured in the crash at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Standish Street in Hartford on Tuesday, May 5, according to police. Paramedics rushed Santiago to the hospital in critical condition.
