Dog Found Tied To Tree In Enfield Park With No Room To Move; Police Seek Owner Police in Enfield are asking the public for help to track down the owner of a pit bull mix that was found tied to a tree with only the ability to move a foot in any direction, authorities said.  The dog was found in Brainerd Park with no identifying information.
