Police arrested a man and a woman after they led officers on a high-speed chase across multiple Connecticut cities and towns following a violent carjacking that ended in a crash, authorities said.
Adrianna Carrasquillo, 20, and Juwan Butler, 28, both of Waterbury face multiple charges from the Sunday, June 8, incident, police said.

A teenager accused of reaching 130 miles per hour during a high-speed chase, driving without headlights at night, and using a "vanishing license plate" was arrested this week near his home, authorities said.
Kelvin Cao, 19, of East Hartford, faces several charges stemming from the chase in Berlin, according to the Connecticut State Police.
