Suspect Nabbed After Woman Driving SUV Killed In Hit-Run CT Crash With Minivan A Connecticut man allegedly involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a 23-year-old woman has been captured by police and charged with negligent homicide. The incident occurred in Hartford around 6:10 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 11, at the intersection of Franklin Avenue and Adelaide Street. Sgt.
