Storm Could Dump Foot Of Snow; CT Gov. Lamont Urges Drivers To Stay Off Roads As a powerful snowstorm pummels Connecticut, Gov. Ned Lamont is asking people to stay off the roads unless it's necessary.  Lamont issued the warning on Friday, Dec. 26, the same day weather forecasters predicted between six inches and up to a foot of snow to fall across Connecticut.
