State troopers responded to the Adamec Road business in Willington on Tuesday, Jan. 8, just after 7 p.m. to a chaotic scene. About 20 people were attempting to break up a melee between the three men and the victim, state police reported. CT Hunter Dies After Falling From Tree Stand: Police A Connecticut hunter was killed early Friday morning, Nov. 22, after they fell from a tree stand, authorities said.  Police in Harwinton are investigating the Terryville Road incident. Authorities were called to the scene just after 10 a.m., State Police said.  The fall remains under investigation, but no more information was released Friday afternoon.
