Drunk Driver Crashes Into I-395 Guardrail While Trying To Run From CT Police: Troopers
An intoxicated 20-year-old Massachusetts man led Connecticut police on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash on I-395, authorities said.
Victor Lagutowski, 20, was arrested early Thursday, Feb. 13, after crashing his car into a guardrail on I-395 in Killingly, Connecticut, State Police said.
The chase started in Webster, where local officers said they spotted Lagutowski driving recklessly in a parking lot around 2 a.m. When they attempted to stop him, he sped away, State Police said.

Drunk Driver Busted Going Wrong Way On I-395 In Norwich: Police
A Rhode Island man was arrested after allegedly driving the wrong way on I-395 while under the influence, state police said.
John Turo, 22, of Westerly, was taken into custody early Saturday, Jan. 25, near Exit 11 southbound in Norwich, Connecticut State Police said.

A Connecticut man with a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit crashed this week on I-395 while carrying a loaded pistol, authorities said.
