The tragedy unfolded Friday morning, Dec. 28, at a home on the 6900 block of Phillips Mill Road. Emergency responders were called to the property around 6:31 a.m. after Bucks County 911 received a report of an unconscious man on the first floor of a detached office/in-law suite, police said. Tree Falls, Kills Man In CT During Sudden Storm A 53-year-old man was killed after a tree fell on him in Connecticut during a sudden thunderstorm.  The incident happened in Windham County just after 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, when a man walking in the area of Union Street and Jackson Avenue in Willimantic was hit by a fallen tree during a storm, according to Willimantic Fire Chief Marc Scrivener.  According to Scrivener, the man had been in "the wrong place at the wrong time."
