Shoaib Noori, 22, of Meriden, was spotted speeding past traffic near Exit 24 in Rocky Hill in a blue BMW 330i on Sunday afternoon, March 2, Connecticut State Police said. A trooper on patrol clocked him at 115 mph, well over the posted 65 mph limit.

Specialized Waterbury officers were patrolling Oak and Howard streets around noon on Feb. 4, when they spotted Riyadh Easley, 33, of Waterbury operating a 2008 Honda Ridgeline, Lt. Ryan Bessette said.
