Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help locating a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting in a city park. The incident occurred in New Haven County on Sunday, Aug. 25, around 6 p.m. at Schofield Park in Waterbury. According to Waterbury Police Lt. Ryan Bessette, officers responding to the shooting report located a 22-year-old man who had been shot. A 28-year-old Connecticut man was killed in a single-vehicle crash after being ejected and hitting a parked car. The incident occurred in New Haven County around 7:19 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 25, on Hill Street at Pilgrim Avenue in Waterbury. According to Waterbury Police Lt.
