Alleged Stalker Scares Woman, Daughters At CT Target, Police Say A 55-year-old Connecticut man was held overnight after turning himself in to police on charges of stalking a woman and her two daughters. The incident occurred in Hartford County at the Target store on Sunday, July 14, in South Windsor. According to Sgt. Mark Cleverdon of the South Windsor Police, a woman, and her two adult daughters came to police headquarters to report that a strange man had followed them through the store. Bridgeport Police Officer Charged With Domestic Violence A Fairfield County Police officer was charged with stalking and fear of safety, among other charges, in connection with a domestic violence case. According to Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police Department, Officer Dani Soto, was arrested on Wednesday, July 3, following a criminal investigation that began in May into domestic violence allegations. Soto, age 47, of Bridgeport, has been on administrative leave during the investigation.
