Honda Recalling Nearly 1.7M Vehicles For Steering Problems, Crash Concerns Honda is recalling nearly two million vehicles due to steering issues that could potentially lead to crashes.  The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reported that 1,693,199 vehicles are subject to a nationwide recall due to a manufacturing issue that could make it more difficult to steer the vehicles. Stamford Man Crushed By Food Truck Dies A 31-year-old Fairfield County man who was crushed while working on a food truck has died from his injuries. The incident occurred in Stamford around 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 4, on West Avenue. According to Assistant Stamford Police Chief Richard Conklin, officers found  Jairon Milian-Milian of Stamford trapped underneath a Chevrolet food truck. Milian-Milian had just dropped the transmission on the truck, which allowed it to roll forward, crushing him, Conklin said.
