State troopers responded to the Adamec Road business in Willington on Tuesday, Jan. 8, just after 7 p.m. to a chaotic scene. About 20 people were attempting to break up a melee between the three men and the victim, state police reported. Witnesses told troopers the three men were being rowdy and disruptive, but when the alleged victim asked them to quiet down, the group attacked him, police said.
