(Video) Drunk Wrong-Way Driver Crashes Into CT Cop Car On I-84, Speeds Away, Police Say A Connecticut man driving the wrong way on Interstate 84 East crashed into a state police cruiser before speeding off early Sunday, authorities said. Luis Adrian Correa-Cabrera, 31, of Hartford, is facing 10 charges after the high-speed incident near Exit 37 in Farmington, according to Connecticut State Police. CT Man Accused Of Stealing Police Cruiser With Officer Inside A Connecticut man well known to police is facing a host of charges after allegedly stealing a police cruiser with an officer inside and then crashing it. The incident occurred in New Haven around 10:45 p.m.,  Sunday, Aug. 4, at the New Haven Police substation on Congress Avenue.
