CT Prison Guard Charged With Assaulting Elderly Inmate A Connecticut prison guard turned himself over to police earlier this week after authorities accused him of assaulting an elderly inmate earlier this year, police said.  Todd Blevons, 42, of Uncasville, was charged with assault in the third degree on an elderly person, Connecticut State Police said on Thursday, Nov. 21. CT Town Official Charged With Sexual Assault; Placed On Paid Administrative Leave A public health coordinator for a town in Middlesex County turned himself over to police on charges of sexual assault, authorities announced on Monday, Nov. 4.  Salvatore Nesci, 55, is charged with sexual assault in the fourth degree and disorderly conduct, Cromwell Police said. Hartford Police Officer Accused Of 'Slapping' Prisoner In Face While In Hospital, Cops Say A Connecticut police officer was charged with breach of peace after he allegedly slapped a prisoner who was handcuffed to a hospital bed. Hartford Police Officer Marcello Confeiteiro was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 28, and released on a promise to appear.  According to Lt.
