It happened in Fairfield County just after 9 p.m. Friday, June 14, in Danbury. The 41-year-old trooper was inside her cruiser with the emergency lights activated at the scene of another accident on the shoulder on the westbound side between Exit 8 on and off ramps. The incident occurred in Stamford around 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 4, on West Avenue. According to Assistant Stamford Police Chief Richard Conklin, officers found  Jairon Milian-Milian of Stamford trapped underneath a Chevrolet food truck.
