Intoxicated Driver With Child In Car Nearly Crashes On CT Highway: Police Connecticut State Police arrested a 37-year-old woman after authorities said she was driving while intoxicated with a child in her SUV and nearly hit multiple vehicles and a guardrail over the weekend. Father Of 2 Killed; CT Driver Accused Of Hitting Him Faces New Charges Police have added new charges to a Connecticut man accused of a crash last year that killed a father of young twin daughters, authorities announced on Monday, Sept. 16.  Middlesex County resident Angel Caraballo, age 43, of Middlefield, was charged last week with second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, second-degree reckless endangerment, and reckless driving linked to the Sept. 22, 2023, crash, Connecticut State Police said.  Caraballo is accused of crashing his Ford F-550 truck into Victor Ryan Forbes, who was riding a motorcycle on I-95 near Exit 39A in Milford, author…
