Convicted Felon Busted In Waterbury Bank Robbery Wanted For Seattle Heist: Police A convicted felon with a history of robbery charges is back behind bars after allegedly robbing a Connecticut Wells Fargo bank, authorities said. Thomas Hopkins, 57, of Waterbury, was arrested and charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree threatening, and second-degree larceny, police said on Monday, Nov. 18. Hopkins is accused of robbing the Wells Fargo at 800 Wolcott St. in Waterbury around 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 15, police said.
