Two West Haven police officers were shot early Wednesday, Jan. 29, while serving warrants in New Haven, reports said. The suspect was killed in a shootout. Police in Connecticut shot and killed a suspect Thursday evening, Sept. 19, near a car wash in New Haven County. The shooting happened around 5 p.m. near the Splash Car Wash on Boston Post Road in West Haven.
