Anthony Sidoti and Louis Williamson are accused of starting a fight in the area of Bohemian Pizza and Tacos on Banthum Road in Litchfield on Nov. 23, 2024, after refusing to pay a $71 bar tab, Connecticut State Police said. After multiple people broke up the altercation, the men left but allegedly returned around 2:30 a.m. the next day wearing the same clothes and masks.
Williamson is accused of beating a bar employee with a baseball bat "even after they fell over the bar defenseless," police said. During the attack, bar workers and patrons threw objects at him, and one person chased him with a stool, police said.
Bar staff eventually restrained him, but he got out of the building, and Sidoti allegedly drove him away, police said.
Sidoti, 30, of Southington, was charged with six crimes, including conspiracy to commit burglary in the first degree, conspiracy to commit assault, and threatening in the second degree. He was released on a $20,000 bond, police said.
Williamson, 49, of Bethlehem, is facing 11 charges, including conspiracy to commit burglary in the first degree, assault in the first degree, threatening, and reckless endangerment. Police say he also committed larceny in the sixth degree. He was released on a $75,000 bond, authorities said.
