Man Charged With DUI For Fatal Head-On Crash In CT, Police Say A 25-year-old man has turned himself in nearly a year after he allegedly drove under the influence, crossing the double-yellow lines on a highway and crashing head-on into another car. Isiah Turner was arrested on Monday, June 24 for the Litchfield County incident, Connecticut State Police said.
