Man Accused Of Pistol-Whipping Rival In Fight Outside CT Restaurant
A 36-year-old Connecticut man was arrested last week after police said he pistol-whipped someone outside of a Fairfield County restaurant last month. Jean Prosper, of Stamford, was arrested on second-degree assault with a firearm, according to police.
