Convicted CT Felon Nabbed In Shooting 5 Years Later, Police Say A Connecticut convicted felon was charged with a shooting that missed its target but did hit the car he was riding in. The incident occurred in New Haven County on Monday, Aug. 5, 2019, in the area of 120 Gravel St., in Meriden. According to Sgt. Michael Boothroyd of the Meriden Police officers responded to a report of shots fired and located a crime scene and determined that an occupied vehicle had been struck by gunfire. The sole occupant of the vehicle was not injured in the shooting, Boothroyd said. Boothroyd said an investigation found the shooter and victim were known to each other.…

Attempted Murder: Man Critical Following Shooting, Suspect Charged In Bridgeport A 24-year-old Fairfield County man is fighting for his life after being shot in the head on a city street. The incident occurred in Bridgeport around 9:20 a.m., Wednesday, June 19, in the 1200 block of Iranistan Avenue. According to Capt.
